Privacy Request

GameFace Sports Technologies Inc. ("GameFace") respects your rights regarding your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, access a copy of your data, or submit other privacy-related requests.
These rights apply to personal data associated with your GameFace account. For questions about data held by an organization or team you belong to, please contact that organization's administrator directly.
What Data Can You Request to Delete?
You may request deletion of your personal account data, which includes:
- Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, avatar)
- Content in your personal workspace (videos, photos, documents, clips, reels)
- Your notification preferences and account settings
- Your authentication credentials and linked social accounts (Facebook, Google, Apple)
Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize the above data within 30 days.
What Data Is Not Deleted
The following data is retained after account deletion for legitimate legal, security, and operational reasons:
- Content you contributed to organization-managed or team workspaces. This content belongs to the organization and is subject to their data retention policies. You do not have the right to demand deletion of content from a workspace you do not own or administer.
- Audit log records generated during your use of the platform. These records are retained for security and compliance purposes. Your identity (actor reference) is anonymized in these records upon account deletion, but the action records themselves are retained.
- Financial and transaction records, which are retained as required by applicable law.
- Any data we are required to retain by law, regulation, or legitimate legal process.
How to Delete Your Account
The fastest way to delete your account and personal data is directly within the app:
- Log in to app.getgameface.com
- Go to Settings
- Select "Delete My Account"
- Confirm the deletion
This will immediately initiate deletion of your account and personal workspace data. The process completes within 30 days.
How to Submit a Manual Request
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, or if you wish to submit a data access, correction, or portability request, please email us at:
Please include your full name, the email address or phone number associated with your account, and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
Facebook Login Users
If you used Facebook Login to create your GameFace account and wish to remove your data, you can submit a request using the method above. You can also remove GameFace's access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
Removing GameFace from your Facebook app permissions does not automatically delete your GameFace account or data. You must also submit a deletion request using one of the methods above.
Data Access and Portability
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@getgameface.com. We will provide the data in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days.
